Our host hotel, Best Western Plus Gran Hotel Morelia, has all the facilities for the conference, to this end you have to use the conference code TDLA16. Once there, define how many persons will be in the room and then proceed to book it using only the BOOK WITH US link by the right of the conference image (don’t use the BOOK NOW link at the upper right corner of the page). A wide variety of room sizes and capabilities for groups of 10 to 400 will be available: one premiere room for plenary conference and keynote lectures with capacity for up to 400 delegates, one meeting room for 300 delegates, seven meeting rooms with capacity for 50 delegates each, and three rooms for meetings with capacity for 20 delegates.
All these meeting rooms are equipped with projection facilities and air conditioning. Wireless and wired Internet are available for a fee in guest rooms, free wireless available in the hotel lobby and meeting rooms.The hotel will provide space for the registration of participants to the event. Finally, the meeting rooms where the conferences will take place are contiguous, such that the facilities will give optimal mobility to the attendees. But something which distinguishes this hotel from the others is the buffet which is one of the more tastefuls in Morelia.
